色取りどりにおける情報の取り扱い
本プライバシーポリシーは、attyu（以下「開発者」）が提供するAndroidアプリ「色取りどり」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
要点：ユーザーが読み込んだ画像、記録した色データ、コメントおよびGPS位置情報は、原則として端末内に保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。一方、広告表示のため、Google AdMobが端末情報などを自動的に収集・送信する場合があります。
1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報

2. 使用する権限
- カメラ：解析対象を撮影するために使用します。
- 写真・メディアまたはストレージ：画像の読み込み、解析結果およびCSV・JPG・PDFファイルの保存に使用する場合があります。Androidのバージョンにより、権限の名称や仕組みが異なります。
- 位置情報：ユーザーがGPS記録機能を利用する場合にのみ使用します。許可しなくても、位置情報を除く主な機能は利用できます。
- インターネット・ネットワーク：広告の取得、Google Playや外部ページの表示に使用します。
各権限は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。ただし、権限を無効にすると、対応する機能を利用できない場合があります。
3. 開発者による情報の収集
本アプリにはユーザーアカウント機能がなく、開発者は、ユーザーが本アプリへ入力・保存した画像、色データ、コメントまたはGPS位置情報を収集するための独自サーバーを運用していません。
4. 広告および外部サービス
本アプリは広告配信にGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を使用します。同SDKは、広告配信、分析および不正行為防止のため、次の情報を自動的に収集し、Googleへ送信する場合があります。
- IPアドレス（端末のおおよその地域の推定に使用される場合があります）
- アプリの起動、タップ、広告・動画の閲覧などの操作情報
- アプリやSDKの動作状況、クラッシュ・ハング、起動時間などの診断情報
- 広告ID、App Set IDなどの端末またはアカウントに関連する識別子
これらの情報はGoogleの方針に基づいて管理されます。広告IDはAndroid端末の設定からリセットまたは削除できます。
5. 第三者への提供
開発者は、ユーザーが本アプリへ保存した画像、色データ、コメントまたはGPS位置情報を、販売または第三者へ任意に提供しません。ただし、前項のとおり、広告配信に必要な情報はGoogle Mobile Ads SDKからGoogleへ送信される場合があります。また、ユーザー自身が共有機能や出力ファイルを利用して他のアプリ・サービスへ送信した情報には、送信先サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
6. 保存期間と削除方法
- 本アプリ内の記録は、ユーザーが削除するまで端末内に保存されます。
- 本アプリのデータ消去またはアンインストールにより、アプリ内部のデータを削除できます。
- 共有ストレージ等へ出力したCSV・JPG・PDFファイルは、アンインストール後も残る場合があるため、端末のファイル管理機能から個別に削除してください。
- 開発者は端末内のデータへアクセスできないため、開発者側から遠隔で確認・削除することはできません。

7. 情報の安全管理
ユーザー作成データは原則として端末内で処理されます。端末の画面ロック、OSや本アプリの更新など、端末自体の安全管理はユーザーご自身で行ってください。Google Mobile Ads SDKが送信するデータは、Googleの説明では通信中に暗号化されます。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象として設計されたサービスではありません。保護者の方が、子どもの情報に関して確認を希望する場合は、下記の連絡先へお問い合わせください。
9. 色解析結果に関する注意事項
本アプリの解析結果は、照明、カメラ性能、ホワイトバランス、画面表示、印刷環境などの影響を受けます。マンセル値や塗料名を含む結果は参考情報であり、測色計による測定値や完全な色再現を保証するものではありません。重要な判断には、適切な測定機器や専門家による確認を併用してください。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
法令、Googleの方針、本アプリの機能または利用する外部サービスの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。改定後の内容は、本ページへ掲載した時点から適用されます。

How Iro Toridori handles information
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application “Iro Toridori” (the “App”) provided by attyu (the “Developer”).
Summary: Images selected by users, recorded color data, comments, and GPS location records are generally stored on the device and are not sent to the Developer’s server. Google AdMob may, however, automatically collect and transmit device and advertising-related information to provide advertisements.

2. Permissions
- Camera: Used to capture an image for analysis.
- Photos, media, or storage: May be used to select images and save CSV, JPG, and PDF files. Permission names and behavior vary by Android version.
- Location: Used only when the user chooses to add GPS information to a record. The main features other than location recording remain available without this permission.
- Internet and network access: Used to load advertisements and open Google Play or external webpages.
Permissions can be changed at any time in the device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.
3. Information collected by the Developer
The App does not provide user accounts. The Developer does not operate a proprietary server that collects images, color data, comments, or GPS location records entered or saved by users in the App.
4. Advertising and external services
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). For advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, the SDK may automatically collect and transmit the following information to Google:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a device’s general location
- App launches, taps, ad or video views, and other user interactions
- Diagnostic information such as app or SDK performance, crashes, hangs, and startup time
- Device or account-related identifiers such as the Advertising ID and App Set ID
Google handles this information under its own policies. Users can reset or delete the Advertising ID through Android device settings.
5. Disclosure to third parties
The Developer does not sell or voluntarily provide user-saved images, color data, comments, or GPS location records to third parties. As described above, information required for advertising may be transmitted directly to Google by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Information that a user exports or shares with another app or service is subject to the privacy policy of that destination.
6. Retention and deletion
- Records remain on the device until deleted by the user.
- Internal App data can be removed by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
- CSV, JPG, or PDF files exported to shared storage may remain after uninstallation and must be removed separately using the device’s file manager.
- Because the Developer cannot access data stored on the user’s device, the Developer cannot inspect or remotely delete that data.
For information collected in connection with advertising, please refer to Google’s privacy policy and the advertising settings on the device.
7. Security
User-created data is generally processed locally on the device. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, including using a screen lock and keeping Android and the App up to date. According to Google’s disclosure, data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not designed primarily for children under 13. A parent or guardian who has concerns about a child’s information may contact the Developer using the details below.
9. Notice regarding color analysis results
Results may be affected by lighting, camera performance, white balance, display rendering, and printing conditions. Munsell values, paint names, and other results are reference information and do not guarantee measurement-instrument accuracy or exact color reproduction. Use an appropriate measuring instrument or professional assessment for critical decisions.
10. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be revised following changes to laws, Google policies, App features, or external services. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App. The revised Policy becomes effective when published on this page.
